The 2013 Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act (VAWA) amendments to the Clery Act continue to be an area of learning and growth for campuses. As we celebrate VAWA's ten-year anniversary, join us to discuss prevention of and response to dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking as well as how to accurately collect information on these crimes in your community.

During this webinar we will:

• Review the definitions of dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking
• Practice identifying the distinctions between dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking
• Analyze the prevention programming requirements for dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking, plus the criminal offense of sexual assault, and the importance of describing them in your Annual Security Report
• Understand the importance of accurately capturing this crime category within your annual security report
